With an impressive frontage and large, two storey design, this Pinnacle 8ft x 9ft (2.39m x 2.69m) Lodge Playhouse will create an interactive play centre for your children to love and enjoy for years to come. The loft area, with a ladder, balustrade and traditional apex roof, sits above the large veranda increasing interior space for extra fun and games. This solid, attractive playhouse is constructed from quality 12mm tongue and groove cladding with a 34mm x 34mm frame and timber roofing and flooring for optimum strength.
The charming crisscross windows are glazed with perspex and the door is fitted with a piano hinge for an additional element of safety. This playhouse comes complete with a fixing kit and roofing felt to help protect from damp and moisture damage. Treated with a basecoat, a protective topcoat is required after installation to maintain the timber.
This Pinnacle 8ft x 9ft (2.39m x 2.69m) Lodge Playhouse is also available with convenient installation and topcoat options to save you time and give you peace of mind.
